The room was a cosy double room. it had very nice furnishings and the towels felt high quality. all the staff were very friendly. They were also very helpful .
The parking situation was difficult on saturday afternoon. i was told to find alternative parking, not ideal. my room was in the front of the building, and it was overlooking the courtyard. It ended up being quite noisy. the wardrobe was also small. It wouldn't work for more than a couple nights.

the room featured a comfortable bed and a spacious walk-in shower. fresh water was provided daily, and fresh milk was available upon request. i also appreciated the inclusion of a plug near the mirror for drying hair (a rare find!).
I had a minor issue with car parking as there were no spaces left. Researching alternative options beforehand might be useful.

I stayed in a spacious room. The room had a comfortable bed and attention to detail. Fresh water was provided daily. I appreciated having fresh milk available upon request and the bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower.
I found the car park quite busy , making it a bit challenging to find a space at times.

A Disappointing meal

The setting was lovely and the tables were comfortable , as were the soup and the mackerel pate.
The festive turkey dinner was underwhelming , the turkey tasting very odd. Vegetables were wrinkled and flabby , I thought. The burger was dry , very bland , and the chips were not crispy. Overall it was a very disappointing meal.
